Yes, we take standalone carpentry projects. A built-in wall, a home office, dining room wainscoting, or a full-floor trim package all fit how we work. We're a design-build firm rather than a handyman service, so small one-off repairs aren't a fit.
How much does custom carpentry cost?
Custom carpentry is priced by scope, and you approve a fixed, itemized budget before any work begins. Who actually does the finish carpentry work?
The same carpenters we've worked with for years do the finish work, with on-site supervision on every project. That's the point of hiring a design-build team. Luxe Development is a licensed general contractor and fully insured.
How long does a carpentry project take?
It depends on scope, and you'll get a realistic schedule alongside your fixed budget before work begins. Once a piece is drawn, approved, and materials arrive, installation is usually the fastest phase. We'd rather commit to a real date than a guess.
What's the difference between rough carpentry and finish carpentry?
